How It Works
The ACP is a $30 discount credit applied to your account with your Internet Service Provider. You won't receive a check in the mail, you'll just pay less on your bill.
Qualification is based on household income and/or participation in other state government benefits programs. We will help you determine eligibility, apply for your discount, and find the best deal on internet service in your area.

The ACP is estimated to end by 2024
Only 25% of eligible households are currently enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program.
However, with projected growth for enrollment in 2023 expected to reach 40% - 45% of eligible households, the program could be depleted as early as January 2024.

FAQs
How is the service?
The minimum speed for ACP plans with most providers is 100mbps. This speed is great for streaming and connectivity to multiple devices at once.
Is there a credit check?
Updated ACP legislation as of March 2022 prevents service providers from excluding low-income customers based on credit history and late payments. They are allowed to require a credit check in their routine sign-up process, however credit should not prevent you from obtaining service.
Do I need to pay anything?
More often than not there is no deposit required to start service and Choice does not charge for assistance when starting new service.
